Welcome to our website, my name is Kim Jones and I am the Director of Castle Care Wessex Ltd, a professional family run home care agency in which I and my daughter work side by side. We are driven to provide high quality, person centred care across the South West. We appreciate the importance and meaning of home.

It is our belief that everyone deserves a chance to be cared for in their own home regardless of their condition, financial status or care needs. Our Individually tailored care plans and rehabilitation plans are specifically designed to put the client in the driving seat. With an emphasis on individuality, choice, enablement and independence.

We are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) and fully comply with all current UK legislation, we are also a member of the UKHCA.

I am writing to extend my heart felt thanks to Castle Care Wessex and to their staff for the care, help, support and the professional advice that my mother and our family received during her recent terminal illness.

The palliative care received by my mother was to the highest of standards thus enabling my mother to be granted her wish to die at home.
